I have been shopping online for over 20 years and this company is undoubtedly the worst company I have ever dealt with. Bought 22 decking boards and out of 22 boards 1. Yes that’s right 1 board was intact. 21 boards were full of holes. Company refused to get them replaced or pick them up. Fortunately I had paid for them with pay pal and got every penny back. Now I have 21 useless decking boards sitting out my back. PLEASE DON’T USE THIS COMPANY. REALLY WISH I HAD READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE USING THEM. SAVE YOURSELF A LOT OF TIME AND MONEY AND BUY FROM WICKS OR B&Q

This was my second order from e decks the first being delivered promptly and exactly as specified. I was out when this one arrived but the driver had taken greatcare to put the delivery round the side of the house out of sight of passers-by. Unfortunately a couple of tins of woodstain and some screws were missing. I went on line and followed their instructions on how to report a short delivery. From then on I couldn't have been more pleased with their response. Prompt replies keeping me fully informed of what was happening. No company can get things right all the time and it's the way they correct the errors that count. In this instance they were first rate and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

The person who took my order on the telephone was extremely helpful and informative about the decking I required and worked out what I needed for my space. The wood arrived on the designated day and it was excellent however the delivery contractor lets this company down as they obviously have never heard of customer service and dumped the wood in a narrow lane blocking my car and my neighbours car from moving. The plastic ties were scattered up the lane there was no notification by phone or email to alert me as to time of delivery and no notification that it had been delivered as the lane is not visable from the house. I was given no opportunity to sign for delivery or inspect the wood prior to signing.
The deck has now been constructed and I am very happy with the result. The amount of wood was perfect and the price was very reasonable compared to some of the big national companies. My complaint about the delivery was addressed immediately and hopefully it can be improved. This would be a 5 star review except for the delivery problems.

Placed an order for fence panels and some decking following a recommendation for the site. All delivered as quoted - very easy and speedy service!

Found this company online after Id been messed about by another mob. Good quality roofing materials at a competitive price. The process from order, confirmation and delivery was smooth and professional. They answered my queries in an efficient and very friendly way. Luke the delivery driver called as promised an hour in advance of delivery. Great company who do exactly what they say they'll do - would highly recommend to anyone.
